I had a spyware/adware/ virus problem. I got rid of it I think,and had to do a "recovery" using the restore disc. I couldn't log on to IE , so I downloaded it again,with Service pck 2. Also downloaded Windows Defender, but it would not install the Definition Updates. I got an error message:Error Code:0x80004002.
